Prosci Organizational Change Management Training

This article applies to: Training

One-day orientation training sessions in Prosci (said as “pro-sigh”) organizational change management are being offered to all IT staff.

Learn the science behind change resistance and get practical tools and strategies to make technology transitions smoother - both for yourself and your colleagues. These tools can be applied immediately to your current projects, while preparing all of us for the larger transformations coming with the Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI).

Training sessions will be offered by Organizational Development and Effectiveness both online and in-person throughout 2025. The full-day sessions (9am-4pm) are available at no cost to all IT staff, reflecting leadership's commitment to helping the IT community transform how work gets done.
